By creating an account and using this site you accept these terms. If you are under 20, you should have a parent or guardian's consent before signing up.

Your account is personal. Do not share your login details. Shared accounts may be suspended without refund.

Course fees are paid by PromptPay or bank transfer, confirmed by uploading your transfer slip. Access is opened once we verify the payment, normally within 24 hours.

Once granted, access to that course is for life, for as long as the site continues to operate.

You may request a full refund within seven days of access being granted, provided you have completed no more than 20 percent of the course.

Send refund requests to spanishwithkrupai@gmail.com. Refunds are processed within 14 working days.

All videos, PDFs, lesson notes and site content are the copyright of Spanish Kru Pai.

Recording, copying, redistributing or reselling course material is prohibited. Every lesson video is watermarked with the viewer's identity. Violations result in immediate account termination without refund and may be pursued legally.

Free content — articles, grammar topics and vocabulary — may be read and cited for personal study, but not republished wholesale.

We work hard to keep content accurate and current, but we cannot guarantee exam results. Outcomes depend on the effort and hours you invest.

Certificates issued by this site confirm course completion. They are not official language qualifications such as DELE.
