Can I start with no Spanish at all?

Yes. The A1 course assumes zero prior Spanish, starts from the alphabet and pronunciation, and explains everything in Thai. You do not need strong English either.

How do the online courses work — are there live classes?

All courses are self-paced video with lifetime access, so you can rewatch as often as you like. Every lesson has a PDF summary and exercises with answer keys, and you can email Kru Pai with questions.

How do I pay?

By PromptPay or bank transfer. Upload your transfer slip in the system and Kru Pai confirms it, normally within 24 hours. You get an email the moment your course unlocks.

Do I get a certificate?

Yes. Completing every lesson issues a certificate with a verification code, downloadable from your dashboard. Note this is a school certificate, not an official DELE qualification.

Will the exam course actually get me through DELE?

The exam courses cover all four papers in the real format with timed mocks. Around 96 percent of students who finish the course and complete every mock pass. Your result still depends on the practice hours you put in.
