Privacy Policy

When you create an account we store your name, email address and a hashed password. If you sign in with Google we receive only your name, email address and profile picture.

As you study we record which lessons you have completed, which you have bookmarked, and which files you have downloaded, so we can show your progress and let you resume where you left off.

When you pay, the transfer slip you upload is stored in private storage and used solely to verify your payment.

Your data is used to deliver your courses, verify payments, track your progress, and answer questions you send us.

We send marketing email only if you subscribed to the newsletter, and every message carries an unsubscribe link.

We never sell your personal data to third parties.

Lesson videos display your name and email as a watermark during playback. The watermark is rendered on your screen only and is not recorded or transmitted back to us. Its purpose is to deter unauthorised redistribution of course material.

We use Supabase for our database and authentication, Vercel for hosting, and YouTube for serving unlisted lesson videos.

Videos are embedded through youtube-nocookie.com, which does not set tracking cookies until you press play.

All fonts are self-hosted. No request is made to Google Fonts, so your IP address is never shared with them.

Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and, where applicable, the GDPR, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal data.

Account and progress data is retained while your account remains active, since course access is granted for life.

Payment slips are retained for five years to satisfy accounting requirements, then deleted.
